MUSEUM PASSES: The museum pass program is funded by the St. Albans Free Library and participating museums. Museum passes generally offer free or discounted admission. Passes check out for 1 day only--no renewals. You can call and reserve a pass if it is available. There is a $5.00 late fee (with a maximum fine of $50.00). There may be a replacement cost for a lost pass.
